Once we have you set up as an Education Trade Customer, this is the quickest way to order!
You can quickly place orders using our website by selecting the 'Pay by Credit/Debit card' button at Basket. Once at Checkout you can select to pay by 'Purchase Order' and also enter a PO number should you need one.

Please include information including registered email address, products and quantities, delivery method and delivery address including a staff members name or building.
All invoices, order history, billing/delivery addresses, email addresses and passwords can be easily managed once logged into your account through the website. We can also email an invoice on request.
Yes! An account can use and save a number of different addresses so it's simple for your IT or Office Manager to order directly to where the items need to go.
Alternatively, many schools order straight to the IT Department for distribution and stock inventory purposes.
All invoices will be emailed upon completion of an order. We are able to post paper copy invoices if a particular need arises although all invoices can be printed directly from your account.

Unlike many other School Account providers, we don't require a minimum spend! Simply order what you need, when you need it.
It does make sense to keep a good level of stock, especially within educational institutions containing several departments. For this reason many of our School customers order and maintain a few months of printer supplies... But it's entirely your choice!
