We have 20 years experience of solving problems and providing advice, so our friendly Customer Service team can usually get you up and printing again quickly if you encounter an issue! If we can't solve the problem quickly, we will offer a replacement or refund! on products within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Remember, we can only solve the problem if you get in touch, so contact us as soon as you have an issue, no matter how small!
We like to go above and beyond here at Inkredible and we're happy to provide support where we can on cartridges outside of the standard guarantee period. Although we're unable to provide refunds after 12 months, we are happy to work together to get you printing and can provide Replacements or Reward Points if the cartridges are deemed to be defective between 12-24 months.
A number of printer manufacturers are now temporarily preventing the use of third party cartridges by installing a new firmware on your printer. We will cover your purchase for 12 Months should you encounter this issue!
Although our cartridge is not faulty when this happens we STILL apply our warranty support, either by making sure we can provide a fix or supply a replacement or refund should you not be able to use the cartridges because of this.
Any products diagnosed as faulty or defective are FREE to return and won't cost you a penny! We'll either send out a pre-paid returns bag to collect the item or advise you to keep or dispose of the item.

Always check the items you're ordering are correct for your printer. Any items ordered in error that are subsequently opened, installed, defaced or disposed of, cannot be refunded!
Mistakes do happen from time to time and we recommend searching our website using the text search box for your printer model, even if you have come to the website through an internet search! We often find this is the biggest reason for incorrect orders.
Please double check that any search results from internet search engines are definitely the item you need. Internet searches and adverts do not always provide the correct result 100% of the time as it provides what it believes might be a relevant product. These results are largely out of our hands so we do recommend checking cartridge codes against the information we supply at product, basket and checkout page and on any order confirmation or dispatch emails.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you've made an error with your order or delivery address. We can usually put it right before the order is dispatched!
Once you've received your order, it is also worth comparing cartridge codes against any cartridges currently installed in your printer before taking them out of their sealed containers.
Should you receive the incorrect product through a rare picking error or because of an error on our website, we will of course collect the item at our expense. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly to the supplied product in some cases.
We go above and beyond many of our competitors regarding the length of time you have to change your mind on a purchase!
As a customer, your statutory rights allow 14 days from the day you receive your order to inform a company of a change of mind and desire to return the item for a refund. To give you a little extra time and to make things easier, we allow *30 Days from the date we dispatch your order!
Please contact us prior to sending anything back as we will need to verify your request before providing a returns reference and address. Items must be received back as they were sold, with no damage to internal or external packaging. Products that have agreed returns authorisation should be returned to us within 30 days of the request.

We often have customers contact us to ask if they can return unopened products they now have no requirement for... Usually when replacing a printer.
The good news is that we now offer 'Reward Points' credit when you return your unwanted cartridges. Even better, we will accept any cartridges up to 1 year from purchase!
All we ask is this:
Customer Support will supply a returns reference and address to send your cartridges to. Once received, they will be checked and validated against your account and our terms and conditions above before any Reward Points are awarded. We will then send an email when complete and advise how much credit has been allocated.
