Only orders placed before 4pm, Mon-Fri, will be eligible for Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery. Orders placed after 4pm are not guaranteed for next working day delivery, however we will strive to dispatch your order that day where possible. Orders placed after 4pm for Next Day Delivery will typically be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed on a Friday before 4pm using this option are guaranteed for delivery on the following Monday at the latest, but delivery may be attempted on Saturday dependent on Royal Mail.
Orders to be delivered within Europe are sent via Royal Mail International Priority. Normally received within 3-5 working days when order is placed before 5pm Mon-Fri.

We make every possible effort to ensure our customers are happy. That is why they just keep on coming back. On the extremely rare occasion that there is a problem with one of our products, or even if you are not 100% satisfied in every way, please contact our friendly staff and they will be more than happy to help.
If you have received faulty goods, please contact a member of our team detailing the problems you are experiencing, including any error messages you receive.
Our staff can usually resolve any issues in a short space of time allowing you to get back to printing ASAP. In the event we are unable to identify or fix the problem you will be given the choice of a full refund or replacement goods. The choice is yours. We will also ensure you don't pay any postage costs.
Please note however we will require any faulty cartridges to be available for return to us in order for us to inspect and refer any faults back to the manufacturer.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You then have a further 14 days from notification date to return the product to us. Please ensure a tracked service is used for returning any items to us as we will not accept any responsibility for lost or non delivered items. As the retailer, we then have a further 14 days from receiving the item(s) to provide your refund.
If you have ordered the wrong goods in error or have simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to offer a refund if the goods are returned to us within this timeframe and we receive them in new, 'as-purchased' condition. We will be unable to offer refunds for any products that are not in the agreed condition.
Please note: We are happy to consider return requests well after the normal 14 day period outlined under the EU Consumer rights directive. We understand customers may sometimes be left with excess unused cartridges when they switch to a new printer for example, and we'll do everything we can to make your transition as easy as possible.
