Darren
MD/Owner
Darren founded INKredible at the turn of the Millennium, turning a market stall side hustle into the business it is today. Despite being MD, he’s still very much hands-on—just with slightly more meetings.
A fan of American Football, Formula 1 and Manchester United, he’s also the reigning DGAP NFL Champion (a title he’ll happily remind you of).
A proud dad of three daughters and husband to Nichola, Darren is completely overrun by the girls at home—but somehow still manages to keep the peace… most of the time.
Barry
Manager
Barry is always up for a laugh, armed with dad jokes, quick puns, and a firm grip on his title as reigning in-house darts champion.
With over fifteen years at INKredible, he’s the backbone of the team—overseeing operations, connecting departments, and knowing our products, like the back of his hand.
Outside of work, Barry keeps busy running and supporting his local running club. He’s a devoted fan of football, cricket, and F1, and still enjoys gaming—despite his kids now having the upper hand.
A loyal supporter of both Everton and Middlesbrough, Barry’s dedication to football is… regularly tested.
Callum
Customer Service
Callum is a key part of the Customer Service team, known for quick responses, great support, and keeping spirits high with office jokes, quizzes, and staff socials.
A self-confessed sports obsessive, he’s usually watching something—these days mainly American sports—or adding to his ever-growing collection of sports trading cards.
He also plays darts for his pub team… although based on his ability, you might not guess it.

Mike
Warehouse Assistant
Mike plays a key role in the warehouse, making sure every order is picked, packed, and out the door with care and efficiency.
A passionate football fan and loyal Darlington FC supporter, he still turns out for his Sunday league team—when his calf allows it… though we suspect the post-match drinks are a big motivator.
A devoted family man, Mike loves spending time with his wife and three kids, sharing his passion for sport and gaming—often both at the same time.
Rebecca
Accounts
Rebecca keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, heading up the finance function while also looking after HR and property management. From numbers to people to places, she’s got it covered.
She’s been part of the INKredible family since 2019 and has played a big role in shaping how things work day-to-day, always with a practical, get-it-done approach.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a proud cat lover and a regular at CrossFit, always chasing that next PB. She’s a big fan of rock music and happiest when she’s spending time with her family and making memories that matter.
Nichola
Director/Owner
Nichola is joint owner of INKredible and a key part of the Customer Service team, so there’s a good chance you’ve spoken to her if you’ve been in touch.
When she’s not helping customers, she’s busy managing life at home with three daughters and a work-obsessed husband—no easy task.
She enjoys travelling and countryside walks, and from time to time, chips in with the boys’ office banter… mostly to keep herself sane working with them.
Dima
Web Developer
Dima is the brains behind the website, keeping everything running smoothly, securely, and constantly improving with new features.
Outside of work, he’s the Ironman of the team—regularly hiking and running across all kinds of terrain, sometimes even barefoot.
Originally from Ukraine, Dima has travelled extensively and still brings that adventurous spirit into everything he does. Living his best life from his van & picking up local phrases along the way!
