Meet The Team
Darren
MD/Owner
Darren launched Inkredible back at the turn of the Millennium after selling ink cartridges for several years on a market stall, alongside developing and building a website as part of a university project. Today, Darren may be the MD and owner, but is just another member of the team.
He's an avid fan of American Football, Formula 1 and Manchester United and is a budding sailor in the limited spare time he allows himself.
A dedicated father of three girls, and husband to wife Nichola, Darren's greatest achievement is managing to keep the peace in their female dominated household, with only his trusty dog Keano for male company!
Barry
Manager
Barry is always up for a laugh with plenty of Dad jokes and witty puns. He is also the reigning champion of our in-house darts competition.
The knowledge and experience that he's acquired since joining Inkredible thirteen years ago allows him to be the link between our various departments, as well as sourcing the best products at the best prices to give our Inkredible customers the best there is.
He spends his free time running and avidly follows football, cricket and F1. He likes to think he is a gaming geek and has a difficult time accepting that his kids are now better than him on the Playstation. Barry supports both Everton and Middlesbrough (locally) - which admittedly, makes it difficult for him to still love football.
Callum
Customer Service
Callum has been with us for 4 years and is an established member of the team. Starting out with us packing orders in the warehouse before moving on to our Customer Service team, providing expert assistance in super quick time.
Callum helps keep the team motivated through office jokes, creating quizzes and organising staff events/nights.
Callum loves sport and is also into his gaming. You might have seen him on YouTube or Twitch playing FIFA, Call of Duty or WWE games? If he's not gaming, he'll be watching golf, football or basketball, usually with a pint of Guinness in hand!

Mike
Warehouse Assistant
Mike has been with us at Inkredible now, for two years.
Mike is a big Football fan with lots of knowledge of the game. Unfortunately yet another Manchester United supporter, but we'll definitely be giving him a place on the INKredible pub quiz team.
Mike is the proud manager of a pub league football team, that plays mainly on a Sunday. So he's always catching the rest of us up, with his weekend match reports and happenings. These days he's only fit enough to play Centre Back, if called upon.. but we think he's only in it for the post game drinks!
Mike is a big family man and loves spending time with his kids, sharing with them - his love for quality family time, sports and gaming! He also likes to relax by playing XBOX or Football Manager, usually at the same time - a true multi-tasker!
Rebecca
Accounts
Rebecca is our Group Finance Manager, dealing with all things money related, associated policies and credit management.
She joined the Inkredible family in 2019 and has helped to implement further health and safety policies around the building, particularly relating to the Covid pandemic, keeping the team safe.
Rebecca is a self-confessed crazy cat lady and enjoys getting strong through Crossfit. Her love of music revolves around Rock music, and she is happiest when spending time with her family - creating memories that will last a lifetime!
Nichola
Director/Owner
As well as being joint company owner, Nichola works as part of the Customer Service team. So you may recognise her from there, if you've been in touch!
When she's not helping out here, she is usually juggling a busy home life managing three daughters, a dog and a work obsessed, business-owning husband!
Nichola likes travelling and also likes to explore the countryside on long walks with the dog.
Dima
Web Developer
Dima's role as Web Developer here is to ensure that all things technical are looked after and that the website is in good shape. He's constantly adding new features to make the website easy to use and as secure as possible.
Dima spent his early twenties making trance music for a hobby but has grown more into metal music and plays bass guitar at the moment. His love of travel has led him on adventures across 40 countries, living his best life from a van!
Originally from the Ukraine, we've enjoyed teaching Dima a few local phrases that he seems to be getting the hang of!
