Double Reward Points Earned on Orders
Currently, registered customers receive 1% of their order total back as Reward Points to spend on future orders. Prime subscribed customers will receive double that amount, earning 2% on every order placed during the subscription period.
Enhanced Offers and Discounts
We provide discounts several times a year to our customers to help save money on their printer supplies - With INKredible Prime, we'll email you with regular enhanced savings on the cartridges you need. We may also provide time limited offers to earn more than 2% reward points on purchases or extra discount depending on basket value or quantity of items purchased for example.
Priority Customer Support
We already have a super quick response time over Live Chat and email queries but we can offer scheduled calls to subscribed customers to place orders or provide assistance or reassurance on any issue. Email queries will also receive priority attention from our team.

Terms and Conditions
Please see the following terms and conditions for INKredible Prime Paid Subscriptions ("Paid Subscription Terms" or "Terms"). These Paid Subscription Terms are important because they:
- describe the types of Paid Subscriptions that are available; and
- explain how Paid Subscriptions work and the conditions attaching to your eligibility for and use of them.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS, ASSOCIATED ADD-ON FEATURES, TRIAL ELIGIBILITY, AS WELL AS INFORMATION ON WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION OR TRIAL COME TO AN END.
PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTINUE INDEFINITELY AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED THE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEE AS ADVERTISED, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME-TO-TIME, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT.
1. Introduction
1.1 By purchasing a Paid Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these Paid Subscription Terms, including the Terms of Use and User Guidelines. Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning given to them in the Terms of Use. When you purchase a Paid Subscription from INKredible, we will use your payment details and any other information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1.2 These Paid Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy along with any other terms referenced in this document should be read carefully. To the extent these Terms conflict with the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms shall take precedence to the extent of such conflict.
2. Paid Subscriptions
2.1 You can find descriptions of our Paid Subscription and their benefits on our website, and we will explain which benefits are available to you prior to purchasing your subscription. Subject to these Paid Subscription Terms, users who purchase a Paid Subscription may access that Paid Subscription for their own personal use from the moment they submit their payment details successfully to INKredible and complete the checkout process.
2.2 Paid Subscriptions may be made available in the format of INKredible Prime Monthly ("Monthly Subscription") and INKredible Prime Annual ("Annual Subscription") and either service can be amended or removed at any time. We will contact you in such cases and you will have the opportunity to end your subscription if required.
2.3 If you subscribe Monthly we will collect your subscription payment once per month on the same day each month on a recurring basis until instructed otherwise. If you subscribe Annually, we will take payment on the same day each year on a recurring basis until instructed otherwise.
2.4 From time to time, we may also offer special promotional plans, content or discounted memberships for new customers which in no way affects current or ongoing subscriptions for existing subscribers.
2.5 We reserve the right to modify the features and content we provide as part of our Paid Subscriptions from time to time and for any reason.
2.6 We may terminate or suspend your Paid Subscription, in whole or in part:
2.61 at any time if we believe you have breached any of these Terms, if we stop providing the INKredible Prime Service or any material component thereof, or as we believe necessary to comply with applicable law; or
2.62 upon reasonable notice to you for any other reason.
2.7 After such time, INKredible shall not be obligated to maintain or permit any further access to such Paid Subscription(s).
3. Payment/Cancellation
3.1 Unless otherwise indicated, Paid Subscriptions continue indefinitely until cancelled. You will be billed on a recurring basis on the same day of each billing period and you will pay and authorise us to charge your saved payment method. The amount due at the time of renewing your subscription may differ from the amount paid previously, if;
3.11 Subscription prices have increased or decreased during the period since your previous payment.
3.12 You originally subscribed at a discounted or subsidised fee and your subscription reverts back to full price upon renewal.
3.2 You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time by logging into your INKredible account and following the prompts on the My Orders page or by contacting Customer Services. Unless otherwise indicated, cancellation will take effect from the end of the billing period in which you cancel i.e. from the date of the next intended recurring payment
4. Free or Discounted Trials
4.1 Any Free or Discounted Trial Offers regarding INKredible Prime subscriptions are strictly time limited and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
4.2 Free or Discounted Trial Offers are not open to existing subscribers nor can existing subscribers cancel a subscription part way through with the intention of beginning a new subsidised subscription. No new subscription may be entered into after cancellation until the initial subscription term was due to expire.
4.2 Any Free or Discounted Trial Subscription price will expire at the next renewal date i.e. end of the initial subscription period (1 Month or 1 Year). The subscription will then renew at the current full subscription price unless otherwise cancelled.
5. Subscription features and Rewards
5.1 FREE Next Working Weekday and Tracked 24 delivery methods will remain free for the duration of the subscription period. The required delivery method should be selected at checkout when placing your order, depending on your preference. More details can be viewed on our Delivery Information page.
5.2 Double Reward Points (2%) will be earned on each order placed for the duration of the subscription period. More details can be viewed on our Reward Points page.
5.3 You will receive Priority Customer Service for the duration of your subscription. This will include but is not limited to; Priority Live Chat and email query support from a dedicated Support Manager (during weekday office hours 9:30am-5pm) and the option to place orders or receive support via telephone (outbound call by arrangement).
5.4 Any enhanced discount codes, offers, savings, free gifts and giveaways will be offered at our own discretion and are seen as extras on top of the main elements of the subscription; FREE Delivery, Double Reward Points and Priority Customer Service.
