FAQs
Can you honour old Stinkyink orders, refunds or warranties?
No. INKredible / DGAP UK Limited owns the Stinkyink domain only. We did not take over the former Stinkyink business, and we cannot honour its past orders, refunds or warranties.
New purchases from INKredible are covered by our own guarantee and UK support. If you still have an open Stinkyink order or card charge, contact your bank/card provider about a chargeback and keep your order emails.
Did INKredible buy the Stinkyink business?
No. We only own the Stinkyink domain. We are a separate UK retailer welcoming former Stinkyink customers who need ink and toner.
How do I find the right ink or toner?
Use the product finder on this page, or the search bar at the top of the site. Search by printer model or cartridge code, then add multipacks or singles to your basket.
Can I use STINK15 and STINKOEM5 together?
No. Use STINK15 for 15% off compatibles, or STINKOEM5 for 5% off OEM/genuine — not both on a mixed basket. Each code is for your first order with us only.
How do Reward Points work?
Create an account and stay logged in when you order. You earn 1 Reward Point for every £1 spent (each point is worth 1p). Redeem them in your basket with Apply Reward Points. Points from purchases usually last 365 days. See our Reward Points page for full details.
Do you offer trade / business accounts?
Yes. Qualifying businesses can apply for a Business Account with 30-day credit terms after approval — no minimum spend or order frequency. Download the application form on that page and email it to support@inkredible.co.uk.
Is delivery free?
Yes on most orders: Standard Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is FREE on orders over £10 (£1.99 under £10). Faster options are available at checkout, including Priority Tracked from 99p over £10. Full options are on our Delivery Information page.
What guarantee do I get on INKredible purchases?

Does my old Stinkyink account work here?
No. Your Stinkyink account has not moved to INKredible. Please create a new account when you check out so you can earn Reward Points and manage orders with us.
