Product reviews for Compatible HP OfficeJet Pro 8024 XL Multipack Ink Cartridges

I was very wary at first as the last non HP cartridges I bought for £48+ had no chip or AR code for them to work. But Inkredible confirmed that theirs did. They arrived promptly, And were well packaged and correct. They also had the HP compatible so I was happy. The installation was completed with the least concern and the cartridges have worked well ever since. I will now buy all my cartridges from Inkredible. I highly recommend this company.

I used to alternate Inkredible cartridges with HP ones however when without my approval the firmware upgraded on my HP printer it suddenly told me I could not use the inks that were in the printer as they were not HP. I was furious! I used the online chat to Inkredible and they sent me an envelope for me to send them back and they would program the chip or they could send me the chip to swap the chip over. That is what I call a service! From now on they get all the ink orders and I will never buy another HP printer when I replace this one!

I have used Inkredible for many years and they have always been good and last for ages with my usage and never have I had a problem so this latest fiasco on the part of HP and the resolution by Inkredible just re-inform they are a great choice.
