I was redirected to INKcredible when I needed a replacement from my usual supplier which had closed. It arrived quickly, and when I thought my printer had died, I got a quick response reassuring me I would be refunded when I returned it. AI helped me to get the printer going again. Another quick reply from Callum when I told him I would keep the cartridge.
