First time using and superb quality ink

Very simply, they work!
I had tried other 'compatible' cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8728 and they didn't work. Inkredible's cartridges worked straight out of the box. I haven't been using them long enough to judge performance across the life of the cartridges but so far, so good.
