Great products and compatible, despite the latest firmware update

I contacted Inkredible via the online chat because I was concerned that our printer was bricked due to a latest firmware update. They informed me that they were aware of this update and their products were re-chipped accordingly. They also confirmed that their products are guaranteed and if they are on the website to buy then they have been checked. I found this very reassuring and needless to say the printer is working perfectly having installed the new inks. I have been very impressed with the service.
