Not what I thought I ordered
Emailed twice , no response I ordered an ink cartridge and received. A drum .? No reply to emails?

Hi Gavin, thanks for leaving a review. Having checked your order I can see that you did indeed order a Drum for this printer, as dispatched, not a toner I'm afraid. I'm unsure why you haven't received a response to your emails as we respond to everything that enters our system in a timely manner.
