Not purchased from Incredible for a while as I bought in bulk last time but the service from them and the quality of the cartridges is to the same high standards I remember, also prices are very good.

I have purchased my inks rom inkcredible for many years and find them excellent value, 90% as good as very expensive originals and excellent customer service and also regular discount deals for their customers.

I've used INKredible a number of times and they have always been competitively priced and efficient.  On this occasion, the multi-pack that arrived had another small black cartridge instead of a cyan cartridge.  The customer service team were able to resolve that straight away and posted out a cyan cartridge on the same day.  Can't ask for more than that.

Easy to install and great colours.

Having purchased the same product from Inkredible for a couple of years without a problem, I have just fitted this new set of cartridges and they're terrible. The colours don't perform, I'm getting pinks instead of blues, reds instead of yellows the list goes on, despite this being a printer just 2 yrs old and getting regular maintenance ie head cleaning / alignment etc
Don't know whether to purchase any more from Inkredible.

Mostly there is no problem but for some reason the printer never recognises the yellow one.
