Incredible support from INKredible
I mistakenly ordered the wrong ink cartridges for my printer from INKredible. I called and Callum explained I could exchange all but the one I opened (which is how I learned they were the wrong product number!). He then issued me a voucher for three cartridges in intact boxes plus instructions for returning them to the company.
Can't express how pleased I was with that quick and helpful support. I highly rate this company in terms of high-quality product and support.
