I bought this drum units to replace my old ones
The packaging when they arrived said ‘toner’ so I contacted the team and they explained that’s the standard packaging and they were drums.. they were right and I had the correct items..
Great customer service and also even though units weren’t ‘brother official’ but were cheaper version they still worked and were compatible
