I have used this company for years and because I have, there is bound to be an issue now and then. They have been very few and far between but when it has happened, it has been sorted quickly and efficiently.
Generally the orders are sent out very quickly and the product is good quality at a competitive price and I8 intend to continue to use them

BIG black ink

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering; fitted easily as an Epson cartridge and quality as good as manufacturer. Not sure of longevity but time will tell. Price much les than Epson so a good buy.
