The cartriges are a substitute for my Brother printer,and the work well as far as I am concerned the ones supplied by brother are no better for my needs.

I had purchased a multi pack of compatible Brother Ink Cartriges and was confused about the size of the black cartrige being larger than the one supplied. I spoke to one of your representatives (Callum) who talked me though how to replace it. Callum was very patient and understanding and calmly put me at ease.
