Product reviews for OEM HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Multipack Ink Cartridges

Inkredible sent the goods for Next Day Delivery. They didn't arrive. Upon investigation it seemed that the cartridges were sent directly from their supplier. They tried to get tracking info but it wasn't available. Without asking me (but I probably would have asked) they credited me for all the carriage. When eventually it was clear that their supplier had let them down they credited me for the whole amount, but asking me to let them know if the cartridges did finally arrive. The problem was handled very quickly and efficiently by Callum. I found their customer service truly excellent. Not their fault but they acted very responsibly. Well done.
