Product speaks for itself but supplier service is key

When promised discounts were not applied and contact telephone numbers go unanswered, I thought... Oh no... here we go again! But suddenly a return email looks promising. I must admit all the problems I had with service were handled very personally and promptly by InkRedible so I can't moan. But there shouldn't have been a problem in the first place I guess...!
