I was able to find exactly what I wanted and you were so efficient in getting it shipped. The only problem which was not of your making is that you used Royal Mail who promised to deliver on a particular day and then didn’t. It eventually cam a couple of days later. Not a problem for us but irritating that Royal Mail are so poor.
We were recommended to you by our friend and we are glad he did so. We will continue to use you as and when we need inks.
