Brother to launch 'world's fastest printer'

According to tech website Digital Versus, Brother unveiled the super printer – capable of firing out 100 pages a minute – at a special presentation in Berlin.

The mysterious device currently has no name, no price tag, and no release date, but Digital Versus reassures us: "But we did see it—and film it—at work. Yes, it really does exist."

Aimed for business use, the printer-with-no-name uses a 21.5 cm-wide print head with a staggering 5,198 nozzles.

The device makes use of a multitude of paper trays and offers duplex printing. Brother reckons that the printer halves printing costs and the machine's carbon footprint.

Well, the printer has certainly got the INKredible team piqued.  We'll be keeping our nose to the ground for more info on the printer in the coming days...
