We are in uncertain times at the moment, so we wanted to provide you with a quick update on our response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

We are processing orders as normal

With the increase of remote workers and home-schooling, along with the increased demand from our existing NHS and Healthcare customers, it has become clear that our role serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one.

To this end, we are continuing to process and dispatch all orders as normal.

Dispatch times are unaffected

So far, the speed of dispatch from our warehouse has been unaffected and you can expect your order to leave our warehouse as normal the day it is placed

However, please be aware, as the situation has progressed there is an understandable increase in people shopping online and all delivery networks have seen a huge surge in demand. Whilst Royal Mail is generally doing a fantastic job, we are receiving reports from customers that they are taking a little longer than usual to deliver packages during this time. Currently DPD reports no significant delays with their network, this may change over the coming weeks.

If you are desperate to print we would advise upgrading to our ‘Guaranteed Next Day’ delivery option at checkout, this will ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

We are working as safely as possible

The safeguarding of our staff and customers is our number one priority, so we are taking the necessary precautions to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19.

This includes restricting staff and visitors to our offices and warehouse, ensure the minimal onsite staff adheres to strict social distancing policies, extra cleaning routines are put in place, and all team members that can work from home are doing so.
