Epson introduces on-demand label printing

This week Epson announced the ColourWorks C3400-LT Colour Label Terminal.

An integrated, stand-alone labelling station, this machine is ideally suited for retail, logistics, manufacturing, event ticketing and other environments requiring user data terminal interaction and durable colour labels on demand.

The label printer features a high-speed CPU, easy-to-use LCD touch panel and a high-quality MicroPiezo inkjet label printer in one relatively compact machine.

It can print adhesive labels, wristbands, shelf tags, pricing labels, small signs and more.

Part of Epson's 'Just In Time Colour' on-demand labelling range, the C3400-LT eliminates label waste whilst dramatically reducing the cost of label operations.

Neil Edmonds, senior marketing manager for Epson America's Business Systems Division, commented: "This terminal has been designed very thoughtfully.

"Customers looking to simplify equipment will appreciate the integrated form factor and compactness of this unit."

The printer also features fast print speeds, up to 3.7" per second in full colour, a rugged water and dust-resistant design and 6 USB ports for additional devices.
