I ordered cartridges for my Epson Stylus RX500 but had difficulty persuading the printer to recognise them. The support staff were extremely helpful and advised me how to proceed. I had to try several of the cartridges before the printer would accept them, after switching off and unplugging the printer, and these were replaced within 24 hours. As far as I'm concerned this is by far the best company to deal with when it comes to replacement ink. From the ease of ordering from their web site to the speed of dispatch is to be highly commended (ordered one day, here the next). The price of their compatible cartridges will be VERY HARD to beat that I'm aware of (and you can rest assured that I done a thorough research of other suppliers before ordering). As to date I've only used the black ink cartridge from my order of 4 X full sets and my Epson Stylus SX415 accepted it with no hassles at all - it even reads it as an original! I can't detect any reduction in the quality of print-outs and they're true to their word when it comes to the capacity of the cartridges too - they last a great deal longer than the Epson originals. I've got nothing but praise for this company and give a BIG thumbs-up to all concerned, well done lads and lassies, keep up the excellent work. You can rest assured that I'll be back with no reservations when my current supply is depleted. As a closing note, there may be some out there reading this and thinking to themselves that the inks can't be that good at such a low price. Ink was excellent value and not some cheap knock-offs. Great price and super quick delivery. I ordered on the sunday night (7pm) and they arrived Tuseday morning. Will gladly buy from again once this ink set runs out.

I have placed two orders now, for two printers. I was very sceptical at first. Four sets of cartridges for my Canon Pixma for £25? Genuine sets cost £30+ EACH. The copies can't be as good, they can't work. But they are. I don't do this often, but well done to you all, this is a truly wonderful product and a world class saving - even the postage is included!

Ordered saturday, packed monday, delivered tuesday morning, tick number one. Exact order as requested, nicely packaged by Lottie, with no items to follow, tick two. Cartidge loaded and accepted by printer, no mucking about, only used black as yet but no problems at all, tick three. The price is great, especially as the cartridges contain almost 4x the ink of the originals, yet another tick. You are now on my Favourites list and will recommend you to son & daughter when they too need ink, many thanks.

This is one if not the best company i have ever used the inks was almost back before i logged the computer off after ordering the inks.... as for the inks i put them in and i find them just as good as a normal ink....once again thanks,,, and if anyone reads this before buying then dont worry about a thing the products are great.

As a first time user I was a bit sceptical about all your positive feedback but thought I would try your inks out. Firstly I ordered late on Sunday evening and I thought that there was no way I would get the inks until at least wednesday, BUT I was wrong they arrived on tuesday before noon, I am amazed. So far I have only used the black ink(epson compatable) and I must say I am impressed with the quality. You will not get rich from my orders but I will be ysing you again and I will recommend you to my family and friends as well. Thank you for a great service. Great inks dont clog my printer GREAT PRICE AND PROMPT DELIVERY. it my second time and what a saving. tried continuous ink systems they just cloged the jets up. these inks are great price and had not a problem with the jets.
