The printer was one of six devices to land 'best product' accolades given by the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) at a recent ceremony.

 

The MG8250 was lauded for its sleek design and enhanced connectivity, which allows users access to the new PIXMA Cloud Link and to print from wireless mobile devices.

A "very desirable tool for every photo enthusiast", the machine offers a maximum resolution of 9,600 x 2,400 dots per inch and features a six-ink system, which makes it possible to print high-quality photos in a matter of seconds.

The other products to pick up prizes where the EF8-15mm f/4L Fisheye USM with interchangeable lens, the EOS-1D X digital SLR camera, the EOS 5D Mark III digital SLR camera, the PowerShot G1 X compact digital camera and the EOS C300 digital cinema camera.
