Brother launches recycling programme

In recent years there has been a real push towards recycling and sustainability.

Here at INKredible, we know that recycling ink cartridges is important.

One of our favourite print companies has launched a recycling initiative to ensure that your empty cartridges are disposed of correctly.

Brother's scheme is an industry first. Not only will the company recycle its own cartridges but will also recycle cartridges and toners from all manufacturers.

The programme enables businesses, consumers and dealers to recycle used ink and toner cartridges completely free of charge. Those who participate will receive a cash rebate, or alternatively, a donation to their chosen charity.

Brother will also protect a tree for every four toners and eight inkjet cartridges they receive, in accordance with their partnership with Cool Earth.

Users of this service can manage their recycling through an online account, through which they can keep track of collections and accumulated cash through a points system.
