I've been using these guys for the past year, excellent service, only really tested when you have a complaint- I returned some cartridges when my printer didn't take kindly to them and they were replaced very quickly- all 6 of them! Thanks from a continued happy customer!!!

Just to thank you for an incredibly good service.Had problems installing one of the cartridges and I received excellent help on-line from Kaye. Problem could not be solved so replacement cartridges were sent out and received first thing next morning. All 4 cartridges installed with no problems whatsoever and the documents printed off - could see no difference at all to indicate that they were not genuine Epson cartridges and at a fraction of the price of Epsons. Excellent quality, excellent service and an excellent price! Although I am only a light user I will most certainly be back for more cartridges when these 4 packs have run out. Inks delivered on time but the packaging was flimsy and had split. A couple of the ink cartridges leaked onto my hands when the plastic was removed. It does warn about this but I wasn't prepared for the amount of ink! The ink performance seems OK at the moment.

I am another one of those people that hate giving over my bank details to new (or previously unknown) internet companies. So you can imagine how suspicious I was when I came across the this website. I read the reviews, checked out the process and took the plunge (opting for the personal confirmation call to help calm my nerves) I am really pleased to be able to write that I needn't have worried. This service really lives up to its name, I got immediate email confirmation, a personal call from a really well spoken and friendly young lady (sorry the name escapes me) and another mail (at the end of the day) to confirm that the ink was dispatched and extended today (I ordered it yesterday).
Everything arrived as it should today and all worked perfectly (even though I chose the cheaper unbranded inks). Thanks!!!, I'm am so pleased to be able to say that I am really impressed...those big brand companies have a thing or two to learn from you guys.

Have ordered from you on at least two occassions in the past. Took me a nano-second to figure out the maths - one set of Epson cartridges from Tesco at £35.00, and four sets from you for £19.90 - Duh! Printer doesn't even know they are compatables. Photos come out brilliantly. Less than 24 hours from order to receipt, if you were any faster I would say you were psychic (how did you know I needed ink?) Only problem is getting four packs from you at one time I don't get to use your excellent service very often.

Having bought cartridges from your company for quite a while and experiencing no problems, I recently had some problems with one colour in my printer. I phoned the freephone number, a friendly person listened to my problem and sent out 3 replacement cartridges, which arrived the following day. All companies are keen when it comes to supplying orders, the real test is when something goes wrong, but I'm happy to report that customer service is second to none, a brilliant company that looks after and values its customers! 10 out of 10 :)

I would just like to say what a great service and price you have given. I ordered 4 full packs of ink for an amazing price and within about half an hour I had an E-mail telling me they were dispatched. First post the following day I received my ink... excellent. I am the first to complain when things are not done right but I am also the first to commend when things are done well. I will certainly use you again and I will recommended to anyone I know who is after ink... well done.

I ordered 2 boxes of cartridges (for the Epson R200 printer), which arrived next day. Very good service. Sadly they didn't work in my printer. This company apologised, said it might be a bad batch and sent some more and a pre-paid returns bag for the originals. This all arrived very quickly, but they didn't work either. I put the whole lot (all 24 of them) into the pre-paid return bag and sent them back, and then i received a full refund. Two thoughts: 1) These cartridges don't appear to work in my Epson R200 printer - it is a very old model and maybe a bit more fussy than more recent printers, but it's worth knowing if you happen to have one. 2) This company is a very good company to deal with. So good that I'm tempted to buy a new printer so I can take advantage of their ink. It's unusual to get anything like decent customer service when you buy cheap stuff on the internet, but this lot are an exception. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick delivery. I've had no success in the past with non-Epson cartridges. However, my SX405 Epson printer recognised this brand Cyan cartridge straight away. The colour looks the same as the Epson Cyan cartridge. I'll be very happy if all the other colours work. Hopefully, no more overpriced original Epson prices!

Like many previous customers I also checked the reviews before placing my order for a multi pack of inks for my Epson SX515W. Ordered late Friday afternoon, email acknowledgement received within minutes, plus email on Monday confirming order had been dispatched by 1st class mail. I received the package Tuesday. 4 complete sets of cartridges for less than I paid for one in my local store. Replacement went smoothley with no issues. I consider the service to be excellent and the performance of my recently installed new inks is as good as the originals. The words EXCELLENT don't seem enough. I placed the order at 4.45pm on a Friday and received my inks the next day. That was quick amazing, and seems like a good product (yet to try). I had been looking for some time for replacement inks for my Epson PX710W and was very nervous about ordering non Epson inks. My main concern was quality of my prints and any ill effects my printer might have. Well I can rest assured. The quality of the prints from the cartridges is fantastic. Google check is great. And this ink company are reliable. Makes for a good safe shopping time :) It's a shame ebay stop your auctions if you only offer google checkout !!!!! They are only happy ripping people off with paypal, so they get twice the fees. I ordered cartridges for my Epson Stylus RX500 but had difficulty persuading the printer to recognise them. The support staff were extremely helpful and advised me how to proceed. I had to try several of the cartridges before the printer would accept them, after switching off and unplugging the printer, and these were replaced within 24 hours. As far as I'm concerned this is by far the best company to deal with when it comes to replacement ink. From the ease of ordering from their web site to the speed of dispatch is to be highly commended (ordered one day, here the next). The price of their compatible cartridges will be VERY HARD to beat that I'm aware of (and you can rest assured that I done a thorough research of other suppliers before ordering). As to date I've only used the black ink cartridge from my order of 4 X full sets and my Epson Stylus SX415 accepted it with no hassles at all - it even reads it as an original! I can't detect any reduction in the quality of print-outs and they're true to their word when it comes to the capacity of the cartridges too - they last a great deal longer than the Epson originals. I've got nothing but praise for this company and give a BIG thumbs-up to all concerned, well done lads and lassies, keep up the excellent work. You can rest assured that I'll be back with no reservations when my current supply is depleted. As a closing note, there may be some out there reading this and thinking to themselves that the inks can't be that good at such a low price. Cartidge loaded and accepted by printer, no mucking about, only used black as yet but no problems at all, tick three. As a first time user I was a bit sceptical about all your positive feedback but thought I would try your inks out. Firstly I ordered late on Sunday evening and I thought that there was no way I would get the inks until at least wednesday, BUT I was wrong they arrived on tuesday before noon, I am amazed. So far I have only used the black ink(epson compatable) and I must say I am impressed with the quality. You will not get rich from my orders but I will be ysing you again and I will recommend you to my family and friends as well. Thank you for a great service. I have ordered my ink cartridges from you for a long time and yet every time can't believe how fast you send order out. Yesterday I placed an order on line after 3pm see it was posted just after 4p.m. and it was through our letterbox this morning, you are brilliant!!

I have a comment on pricing, which seems a bit hit-&-miss, eg 8 sets cost more than twice what you pay for 4 sets for Brother MFC 5890CN. Also buying just black costs more than twice as much per cartridge as buying full sets! Any logic to this???

I too had a small problem with the Epson printer not loading the ink. The service I received from Kirsty has been absolutely superb....no quibble tried to sort it out and then replaced all the cartridges without me having to ask. Ant retailers out there should take note of this customer service it is excellent and i will definitely recommend to others and I will be a regular customer.

I have been reading through these reviews and see that these inks have received some superb comments from customers old and new and I will reinforce all that as as new customer Feb 2009, your delivery and quality as fantastic. However I seem to be one of the very few that did have a problem with my very first cartridge, but it did not show the problem until I replaced my second cartridge. When my second cartridge was replaced it showed my first cartridge as empty, but it was in fact full! The only way I could get round this problem was to throw away the first cartridge and replace it. I notified the site because you do state 100% guarantee, but did not receive a reply for 3 days and by that time the cartridge was gone. The reply I got was not too helpful and told me what to do if it happened again, but there was no mention of the guarantee. Six months later I wanted to re-order, so I sent in another ticket and mentioned about the guarantee, but was told I could have a replacement, but needed to send back the cartridge, but obviously I had ditched the cartridge six months earlier. I have not heard back from anyone since and while I am pleased I am one of the few that has problems, your promise of 100% guarantee has not stood up on this occasion. I would like a reply to this, but not the same person that emailed me on the 3 past occasions. To end on a positive note the inks really are good. Richard Dimmock

This is the first time I have placed a comment regarding the purchase of goods so its either going to be very good or very bad. In this case it's VERY GOOD. Placed my order on the Monday arrived on the Wednesday Morning. I have an Epson Stylus SX415 (not as good as my older HP but that's another story) and cartridges accepted without any problems including the low ink indicator working. Well done.

The cartridges arrived very quickly, in spite of Christmas post. Unfortunately one of the cartridges was the wrong one - human error, I expect. I emailed the company and got an extremely courteous and apologetic reply, asking for the details of the cartridge I required, and that was delivered without delay.

Have always been rather sceptical about reviews & testimonials on web sites but thought I would give it a go and ordered a set of 6 cartridges for my Epson Stylus 300. Ordered on the 8th Dec & duly arrived a.m. on the 10th so far so good, quick delivery as promised. However 3 carts failed to be recognised, Email sent and a speedy positive response received from Kirsty. Advice given failed to rectify problem and at 12.19 on 11th Kirsty offered to send replacements asap. These arrived a.m on the 12th and were successful and prints were as good as I got from my very expensive Epson originals whereas on this site I got speedy delivery, excellent after sales service from Kirsty & they only cost me £9.99. Have passed site details to family etc and will also be placing further orders.

Although you seem to have loads of favourable incoming mail can I add mine. Placed my order with slight reservation but it arrived in only two days in the middle of the Postal Strike. Fitting the new cartridges for my Canon Pixma 3600 was a dream. Why Canon build in complicated bulky twist leavers etc etc...., maybe to justify the very high price of their cartridges, I do not know. The two pull off strips worked perfectly and the chips behaved as Canon ones would. Thanks very much. Just sad you don't supply similar cartridges for my friend's Canon Pixma 5000. Will keep my eyes open....

The cartridges could not have arrived faster and so far I've not had the problem with my Epson printer that refuses to work with most compatible cartridges which is great news because Epson's originals are very expensive and don't last long. So for now I think I am getting a first class service from Inkcredible at a first rate price, 10/10 :)

I recently purchased a Canon IP4600 printer and was very impressed photos printed but, knew that I would have to look for replacement cartridges as the originals are so expensive. I ordered four sets which arrived the very next day. First I printed a colour test print useing the canon cartridges, then I put your cartridges in the printer, all the lights came on with no problems and I was ready to print test print. Now, I'm very fussy when printing photos but, I must say that the second print was a pretty good match to the first and most people would be quite happy with the results. However, as I said I'm a fussy B***** and for me they just little on the cold side (blue green), so I set up profile on the printer taking out a little cyan and an even smaller ammount of blue, and when I printed the test print again it was perfect. I couldn't wait to try the profile on one of my best stock photos that I have printed many times before, the result was the best print that I've had from this photo. Thank you

Simply Superb!! Ordered 3pm Friday and received 10am Saturday. Product was 1st Class (with minor warning to be careful of some seepage when unpacking cartridges) and saved a small fortune on equivalent products. What more can I say?? Have added to 'favourites' list for future use. Thank you....

Great product great service; swift delivery (usually next day). Am on my second Canon printer and have used countless un-chipped cartridges from this company with great success. More recently have tried the chipped ones which allows the printer to perform all its ink monitoring functions as with Canon originals at only sixth of the price! (When bought as a multipack).

Outstanding service - the order was placed late on on a Thursday evening and the goods arrived two days later on the Saturday during the recent postal strikes. The cartridges are as good as genuine ones and the prices are unbelievable. I do not know how they can produce their cartridges so cheaply and will definitely use them again.

Very Good, received promptly. I wont be able to try the cartriges out for until my others have been used up but from appearance they seem 1st class quality, all chipped too, so excellent value for money. Only slight niggle I have is that the capacities are 20ml/10.5ml and not the 24ml/14ml high capacity ones shown in the web description (I'm sure there is an explanation for this!), nevertheless for the price they are an excellent deal and I would definately recommend INKREDIBLE and buy from them again. Thanks a lot.

Really good, inks arrived fast. Epson inks, worked out about 1/10th of the normal price. Run out a little faster, but still a great deal. Only problem is I can no longer see the ink levels, but this isn't that important

I have been most impressed with your company, particularly you and the help you have given me from the get go, your prompt responses to my emails and keeping me updated have been refreshing to say the least.
I understand the difficulty with the postal service at the moment and know that this is completely out of your hands.
As I first advised the order was not majorly urgent and have no difficulty waiting another week to see if it does arrive as Royal Mail must have a back log.
You have put my mind at ease that if it still does not arrive the situation will be rectified and I greatly appreciate same.

i was not too sure about buying compatable ink for my canon ip4300 as i had heard that they would not work (canon printers being fussy with compatable inks) so i just bought the 1 i needed, it works fine and i can not see any difference in print quallity,so when i need other inks its compatable ones and ill be getting them from this company first class service allround would strongly advise you to buy from INKREDIBLE highly recommended Mary from Leeds

Hello,I have just purchased two sets of T0801-6 Epson Compatible cartridges for a new Epson PX710W printer They show up on the printer check screen as Epson genuine and print as good as the (not long lasting) originals which lasted barely a fortnight of not much more than normal home use.I will see how long the new ones (Compatibles)last so far they are excellent as was the free delivery.thank you

Last time I ordered ink it was for my Canon iP6700D printer - it was at a very good price for unchipped cartridges - when they arrived I noticed that there were no CLI-8PC or CLI-8PM cartridges in any of the sets. For the iP6700D these are in addition to the CLI-8C and CLI-8M cartridges. As I also have a Canon iP5200 printer the ones you sent will also do for this. I think your ink is absolutely super but I am wondering whether you can supply full sets of the right cartridges for the iP6700D, or, alternatively maybe you can supply the CLI-8PC and CLI-8PM cartridges individually? I am a teacher in Prague in the Czech Republic. My school has been printing in black and white for over 20 years because of the costs of colour ink here. Now we are buying from this company and it is costing us about 20% of normal shop prices. The school is now colourful and my classroom material actually looks like I'm in the 21st Century. Now if I can just get rid of my chalk and blackboards - but that's another battle to fight and win! The ink cartridges are TOTALLY compatible with our Canon printers and the service is professional, prompt and SIMPLE!

On the 24 hour theme,(for delivery), I have a new slant on this. Of the cartridges for my Epson Stylus SX600FW I was so happy to recieve in less than 24 hrs I have found the black ink has RUN OUT in less than 24 hrs and the colours are showing up as "ready to run out" despite being advertised as double capacity. I was panicking a bit because, in the past, I have been a victim of credit card fraud and was suspicious when immediately after making my initial order I recieved an e/mail saying it had been dispatched from the warehouse. I thought "No genuine company can work as fast as that,it must be another scam". It was, to be honest with you, absolutely unbelievable. I read on their website that if you ordered before 12 am then your goods would be dispatched immediately. I thought to myself "yeah right" but went ahead with the order anyway because the cartridges were so cheat. To my dismay the parcel arrived before 11:30 am the next morning. Considering I live in Northern Ireland this was quite a feat for the company to achieve. If you couple this with the price for 3 sets of ink cartridges for my Epson Strylus printer costing less than 1 set from PC world you will understand why I am so impressed. I must admit that I was a little sceptical when I sent for my special offer pack because they were so cheap. Also I have had a printer trashed in the past by compatable carts (not yours). But I have just put the new carts in and the printer (Cannon MP630)recognised them straight away. Encouraged I printed some photograph's on plain paper. All I can say is "WOW", the colours are equally as good as the original with no bleed. I am always a little dubious about buying "Compatible" carts for my printers because of past nightmares with them, more so when it came to buying them for my new Epson PX700W. So far the results have been excellent, along with blisteringly fast delivery (Next Day) and colour matches as good as Epson's own brand I can honestly say these are among the best compatible carts I have even purchased, dropped right in without any chip errors and performed perfectly. I have just installed your cartridges in my Canon IP4600 and am very impressed with results. I was a bit dubious about using compatibles as the cartridges are chipped, but I need not have worried, they were recognised straight away without the stupid Canon warnings. I did a print comparison wityh a printer test file and can not find any difference, if anything the Magenta was slightly darker and more accurate than the Canon original. Purchased t0711 full sets for epsom dx8400 which appeared to fail. This took 3 sets of the 4 I purchased.Contacted inkredible and was in touch with Ross who I must say tried his hardest to help solve problem of ink just emptying with printing unreadable.Ross gave me information to try reboot ect but nothing seemed to work.my final action was to take printer back for a refund as it appeared tobe somehow faulty.bought new epsom BX300F put in last full set of cartridges and hay presto cartridges worked fine. 5 star service will use again to fulfill my requirements. so not every problem is the cartridges but they would havetaken back I did not do this as the customer service is No1. and credit where it is due. - Review by David

Bought Canon compatible chipless set of inks & whilst transferring the chips from the originals allows printing to take place, the ink monitoring doesn't work so what is the point? The only way you know the new cartridge needs replacing is when your print quality turns bad. I had always bought epson printers in the past & didn't have this problem with compatible cartridges from other suppliers. Disappointing. Wish I'd bought the ones with chips now. Without doubt the absolute worst ink cartridges I have ever purchased. My Epson printer (the worst printers you can buy) will not print anything in black. I would just like to point out how brilliant this company is! I am so pleased to have found somewhere that provides excellent quality ink for low prices! They say that they will dispatch any order before 4pm mon-fri that day. I ordered at nearly 5, and the ink came first thing the next morning. What people don't seem to mention is the quality of the inks. Some replacement ink cartridges can ruin your printer heads, these inks seem to be as good as the actual brand ones! I bought one of each colour and black and printed on a range of papers including photo paper. The colours are excellent. I have just bought 4 more of each. Once you try, you won't go back. Dear Sirs, Thank you for my order which arrived very promptly. I am amazed at your excellent service & low prices. The present order of Epson cartridges are in individual boxes with an instruction slip, which gives some reassuring information. The printer often gives an 'incompatible cartridge' error signal even if the cartridge is only empty. You can also get an error message apparently showing ALL the cartridges as empty. Ink for Canon Pixma 620 are best ever value! I tried them and it works. Received next day. Will buy more. However I did bought Photo Paper too on same day but they took 1.5 week and 2 weeks to arrive... too bad. Tried the quality and it's as good if not better than Kodak Premium gloss Genuine paper. Only regret is that Paper is 200gr/m2 where other genuine photo paper are more like 260gr/m2. - Review by Anon
