Returns
We make every possible effort to ensure our customers are happy. That is why
they just keep on coming back. On the extremely rare occasion that there is a
problem with one of our products, or if you are not 100% satisfied in every way, please contact our friendly staff and they will be more than happy to help.
If you have received faulty goods, you will be asked to return
them. You will be given the choice of a full refund or replacement goods. The
choice is yours. We will also ensure you don't pay any postage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong goods (for example, the wrong
cartridge for your printer), we can only offer replacements if the goods are
returned to us and we receive them in a re-saleable condition.
